Mec. Katarzyna Gęsiak, r.pr.

Legal adviser and Director of the Centre for Medical Law and Bioethics at the Ordo Iuris Institute. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków and a scholarship holder at the Université de Liège in Belgium. She is registered on the roll of legal advisers of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. In 2024, she completed a postgraduate course in Medical Law and Bioethics at Jagiellonian University. Before joining Ordo Iuris, she gained experience at law firms in Warsaw; she has been associated with the Institute since 2020. She specialises in medical law, bioethics, and the protection of life and human dignity.
